Tim Tam Brownies
Hi, today CK would like to share a new and interesting brownie recipe with all of you. CK uses Tim Tam chocolate biscuit as the main ingredient. Tim Tam Brownie Recipe
Tim Tam Chocolate (Double Coat) 200g
Salted Pure Butter 80g
Castor Sugar 150g
Full Cream Milk 4 tbsp
Egg 2 pcs
Wheat Flour 45g
Cocoa Powder 1 tsp
Tim Tam Chocolate (Caramel) 3 pcs (chunk)
Topping
Whipping Cream 180g
Dark Chocolate Chip 60g
Tim Tam Chocolate (Original) 57g (grind)
Fresh Milk 40g
1. Pre-heat oven at 170C, grease 7×7 inch square pan and layer with baking paper.
2. Grind TIM TAM chocolate biscuit until fine. Tips – freeze TIM TAM chocolate biscuit in the refrigerator to facilitate the grinding process.
3. Next, melt the butter together with the ground TIM TAM chocolate biscuit. Stir over medium heat until well combined. Turn off the heat and let it cool for a while.
4. Add full cream milk and stir well then add in castor sugar into the batter, mix well but not too long.
5. Add two eggs and stir until well combined.
6. Next, fold in the flour and cocoa powder, mix well using spatula.
7. Pour the batter into the baking pan (size 7×7 inch) and sprinkle with Tim Tam chocolate caramel on top of the brownies.
8. Bake in the oven for about 30 minutes. Remove from the oven and let it cool for a while.
9. Whisk the whipping cream until reaches stiff peaks and spread evenly over the brownies and let it set in the chiller for 1 hour.
10. Melt dark chocolate chip with fresh milk in the microwave and mix well with Tim Tam chocolate original (grind). Spread it evenly over the brownies and let it set in the chiller more than 4 hour or overnight.
