Yes, you can enroll in every class we offer!

After you successfully make the payment, you can browse online classes and learn immediately.

For everyone’s knowledge, Baking Guru by Chef Kecik offers two types of classes which are free classes and paid classes.

Yes, you can join a free class if there is a free class.

If you want to participate in a paid class, you need to make a payment for the class you want to follow first. Once the transaction is successful, you can start classes immediately.

Our classes are 100% conducted online.

If you have any questions, you can ask in the comments section in the online class dashboard. Each video section has its own comment section. You can comment there. We will give an answer in the near future.

Also, if you have a question, and your question is answered, other students can also see the answer. Learn together, share answers together.

Fill in your personal information in the form provided. Select payment type:
– Online Banking – For payment via bank, visa & mastercard.
– Paypal – For payment using credit/debit card for students from Malaysia (overseas).

After you purchase the class, you will get lifetime access to the class.
If you want to learn other recipes, you can purchase the class and you will also get lifetime access to the class.

All classes that have been purchased will be displayed in my account and your dashboard.

You can see a list of classes that have been purchased.

Then, you can click on the class to follow the teaching & learning session online.

For classes with promotional prices, you can refer to the price tag. You just need to buy the class as usual. The promotional price will be deducted at checkout.

For free classes, you can add to the class cart as usual, then on the cart page you can add free classes to the cart. Free class costs RM0.00.

If you want to take classes on the Baking Guru platform, then you need to register a new account on the Baking Guru platform. Then, you can buy the desired class.

For now, the Baking Guru class uses Bahasa Malaysia entirely,

However, there are some of our classes that have English subtitles.

Classes with English subtitles are as follows:

Matcha Series – Matcha Cheesecake Brownies, Matcha Burnt Cheesecake, Matcha Big Cheesetart, Matcha Soft Cookies
Big Cheesetart – Mixed Berries, Nutella, Biscoff, Matcha

The Baking Guru class is a pre-recorded class. Because of this, you can watch the video over and over with no time limit.

Sorry, there are no refunds for purchased classes as our product is a digital product and the materials can be downloaded.

Go to the sign in / sign up section.
Look for the “forget” button. You will be taken to the next page for the purpose of “retrieve password / username”.
Enter the username or email you registered for the Baking Guru account.
Open your email to change the Baking Guru account password.

Certificate provided for CK online students. The certificate in question is the Certificate of Completion which shows that you have sat our class successfully.

Yes, you can access classes at Baking Guru using phone or tab.

The Baking Guru platform is mobile-friendly. You can watch it whenever you want, as long as you have internet access.

Here are suggestions for solutions:

1) Update the software on the phone. If the phone software is not updated, it will also have an effect, because it is outdated.

2) Check again whether the browser has been updated yet. Outdated browser will have problems because it cannot get the latest update.

3 Clear browsing cache. Have to clear the cache first. Could be a cache factor that interferes with browser performance.

4) The next factor could be because there are too many open tabs in the browser. Can clear the browser first. If you use Safari, Chrome or any other browser, make sure all browsers are updated. Browsers that are not updated will also be affected. If you are currently using Safari or another browser, you can try switching to Google Chrome. Try logging in using Chrome. Chrome can usually support it.

5) If there is another phone, laptop or computer, you can try to access whether it is possible or not.

6) If you can’t, try restarting the phone and the internet.
